Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki

Reiki is the science and art of activating, directing and applying natural, universal life force. Its energy promotes energy balancing, healing and wholeness in order to prevent disorders and to maintain a state of positive wellness.
Reiki is the name given to a healing system originating in Japan in the early 1900s. Reiki is a vital force which flows through the body along channels beneath the skin known as meridians. These meridians connect all the organs and body systems so the life force can reach all parts of the body. If the flow is disturbed, it must be restored for the body*s healing process to begin. In Reiki, the practitioner's hands are used to channel the universal healing energy to the client through the energy centers. It is not important for the practitioner to lay his hands directly on the problem areas as the energy will flow to wherever it is needed. Reiki is an activator, releasor and transformer of energy. Reiki is an extremely effective self-help technique for total relaxation and stress release.
Each session lasts 1 to 1 * hours. You will relax in a comfortable, safe environment. Reiki energy travels through your clothes, so you do not have to get undressed.

An Integrative healing session combines the whole of my talents and tools offering you the opportunity to make space for healing in your life. Each session is unique according to individual need, and where the present moment leads us... We always work with spontaneity of NOW to manifest the most divine healing possibilities. I believe that I am a facilitator for healing; it is you along with God who create it. So there is always homework, ensuring you are an active participant in your personal process.

Raindrop Therapy

This is a powerful method of energy healing. Essential oils are applied directly to your feet and back in a layering technique combined with massage. The idea is to breath the energy of the oils up your spine during the session to create space between your vertebrae. When your spine is in balance all the energy meridians in your body become balanced too. The therapeutic grade essential oils are chosen specifically for Immune support, alignment and muscle tension. They may very according to the specific needs of each client.

Ceremony

The beauty of ceremony lies in it*s intrinsic ability to honour and celebrate from the heart. It engages our spirit, opens our minds, connecting us with the divine and all who are present. Whether it is for each of us as individuals or for the community as a whole, ceremony awakens our participation in the magical realm of spirit.

Soul Retrieval

Soul Retrieval is the ancient practice of recovering those parts of our essential selves that have been lost as a result of pain or trauma. It had been practiced by Shaman for thousands of generations, and may heal in a few sessions, what often takes years in psychotherapy. It offers the opportunity to heal ancient wounds and quantum leap ones destiny.

In this process I visit the four chambers of your soul. This enables you to discover the source of your woundedness; understand the Soul promises you have made, even before you were born; to own the source of your passion and bliss; to claim the Soul treasures you have discovered and bring them into this world. It is a complex process, with intense personal homework and participation.
